Late on the 27th, Gaardian's receptionist fielded an anonymous tip that the delay was caused by Santa's inability to identify the proper syntax for exiting recall and returning to the north pole. The tipster reported witnessing Santa attempting a number of emotes and commands in search of the custom exit. Unsympathetic Aylorians continued to bombard Santa with present requests causing a budget overage "I tried to 'exit chimney', 'leave chimney', 'nod chimney', 'board sleigh', 'ho ho ho away' and many others".estimated to be in billions.

He would not confirm exactly how he did make it out of Aylor, although is is assumed he was assisted by Lasher or perhaps Rudolph. No word on the exact budget overage has been released yet.
