Popular restaurant in the Italian section of Glamdursil, known as Barbieri's, is throwing their grand re-opening party later this month. The family-owned restaurant had to close a few months ago as a deadly plague swept through the Glamdursil, killing thousands and forcing life to come to a screeching halt.

Now, as others begin to reclaim their lives and open up shop, Barbieri's owner Vincento Barbieri knows now, more than ever, this is the perfect time to create some buzz around his restaurant and bring in more people from all walks of life.

"We've partnered up with a few people around the world," Vincento tells Gaardian, while handing us a copy of their new menu, "and bringing their aura, their personality, to the dishes. We think we've created something truly special."

The new specials are twists on classics, such as:

• "Tumari's We think we've created something truly special.Ravioli & Salad": A fresh green salad served with light vinaigrette dressing, the raviolis are filled with fish and birthday cake.
• "Lady Aardington's Hedgehog Pizza": A pizza served with tomato sauce, mozzarella and small chunks of hedgehog. Other toppings available upon request.
• "Rauko'mool's Gabagool": A foot-long sub served on Italian bread, lightly toasted, with pastrami, salami and capicolo.

"We think these specials will separate us from our subpar competition," says Vincento, who is banking on this helping to reinvigorate the economy within Glamdursil. In fact, they've even begun to sell merchandise to build hype around the re-opening. We were given a shirt before we left with the slogan:

'If You Can't Handle Me At My Rauko'mool... (on the front)
You Don't Deserve Me At My Gabagool.' (on the back)
