The Legion of Questor has filed a complaint about daily blessing
quest point bonuses claiming that the government mandated
program is underfunded and that the Legion is not being fairly
compensated for the extra QPs being awarded.

The Legion has also taken issue with campaign trivia blessings
stating that this gives players an "unhealthy and potentially
life-threatening incentive to go on dangerous and complex
campaigns."  Also, it makes the relative rarity of TP quest
bonuses all the more notable.  The Legion fears that soon they
too will be required to provide additional Trivia Points as
well as double QPs.

The Master Questor in Aylor has considered the radical move of
ignoring the mandate until such time as the program is fully
funded.  "I've never sent so many to their deaths, if I had to pay for this out of pocket for the privilege of killing PCs I would."Representatives of the Immortal Staff-Prayer Division,
Department of Blessing Disbursements has categorically denied
the possibility of this, as the Legion will indeed be fully
reimbursed as the project settles into maturity in a mere
542 years.

Commander Barcett has been satisfied with the uptick in those
seeking campaigns since the changes were initiated.  "I've
never sent so many to their deaths, if I had to pay for this
out of pocket for the privilege of killing PCs I would."

In related news, it seems that some funding for double Quest
Points may be found by lowering the subsidy for TP campaigns,
but negotiations are stalled by what is being called "poor
journalism and mis-quoting" by Barcett.
