Red and Yellow and loving it!
Written by Wispen

With the year coming to an end, the Fashionista of Aardwolf all collectively hold their breaths in anticipation of what trend the mud will follow in the new year. Will there be a bold fashion statement with the red slashes of Crimson? Or will the icy aloof look return with the blues and whites of Light's apparel? Or even maybe a return to Mother Nature with Druid or Tao's earth toned wearables?

Prowling the streets of Midgaard to perhaps find the elusive answer, this reporter took much more than just a peek at what Him, Her or It was wearing in anticipation of the new year. The clothing of the players ranged from just plain awful, like a fingerless pair of moldy, tattered gloves from Gaardian, since the hobo look was soo last season; to more highbrow fashion like the Amethyst Encrusted Silver Helm or A Crystal Carapace from Touchstone.

However, the lowbrow poor players in Aardwolf did not set the trends. In truth, it was the mighty tiers that did so, and thus this reporter risked limb and life to sneak a peek at what they wore, as well as gain a few insights from them.

Gender blending Mokg succinctly gave his/her answer "Naked", which did prompt this reporter to inch away slowly. This belief was second by non-tier Tao's Grayghost, who replied that it would be similar to the Kings New Clothes, a well-known in-the-buff fashion statement.

Actual examination of the garb of the elite-and-getting-less-so tiers revealed the true fashion trend that would hit the New Year. The news was out: Red and Yellow would be the New Black. Black of course, never really being the fashionable colour on Aardwolf, given the lack of contrast with the client screens, was of course used as a saying.

So as a word of fashion advice: If you want to look fabulous in the New Year, start questing today to ensure your place in the elite of Aardwolf Fashion.

Sport the Aardwolf look!
