An elusive bug (or multiple bugs) has everyone in an uproar.  The rampaging virus has left players inexplicably weakened and defenseless. The virus has turned all their precious pieces of Aard and enchanted open clan equipment to garbage, with not a single piece of protective wear functioning as it should.
 
"I'm naked," cried a tier9 player, despite being fully clothed in his normal (but affected) outerwear. "I can't do anything like this," he complained. When notified of this bug by word of mouth, a newbie, decked in the highest level items he could find with the most AC, carefuly examined his equipment. He found nothing unusual and declared everyone was obviously crazy.
 
A second, perhaps unrelated, bug also affects a player's equipment, leaving the player actually naked. While only a few players have been infected by this bug, scientists examined lists of patients and noticed many are related to one another.  They believe that the virus may be contagious and to limit dealings with your significant other.
 
The only known cure for either is a touch from Lasher, which comes with a risk of death and other possible maladies. In the meantime, we suggest purchasing the privacy wish if you wish to shield your "equipment" from view.
 
Some speculations about the elusive bug(s) focus on the lack of proper protection. Used condom wrappers litter the streets of the grand city of Aylor, but it becomes increasingly difficult to find clean unused condoms from any vendor.
